Duchman Trebbiano at Dolce Vita in Houston, Texas

Duchman Family Winery is honored to be not only the first American, but the first Texan wine to be poured at any of Marco Wiles outstanding restaurants. Available now!, our 2009 Trebbiano by the glass at Pizzeria Dolce Vita and Enoteca. We look forward to enjoying our Trebbiano’s floral perfume and crisp acidity with a wide range of Chef Wiles’ enticing pizzas. We want to thank the whole team at Dolce Vita for choosing our wine. To receive validation from such an icon of the Houston restaurant scene makes everyone here at Duchman feel that we are enjoying “La Dolce Vita”.

Tropical fruits fill the glass, providing aromas of banana, mango, and guava. The palate is light, with nice acid and a clean, crisp mouth feel and finish. Notes of yellow apple, banana and other tropical fruits come through on the palate. Serve as an aperitif with light appetizers or with first and second items such as salads and fish dishes.
